For 20 years we have been serving children and young adults high quality school meals every school day.

For many of the children and young adults, the meals we serve are the only food they are getting every day. Our goal is to provide these young people a positive and uplifting meal experience every single day.  It is a job requirement. If you have it in your heart to excel and to make a difference you can excel in the SLA family. Your staff associates are living proof that if you have heart and ambition, you can advance and improve your life.  We hope for that for every associate in our company.

Who Are We?


We are a custom school food service management company dedicated to providing high quality, nutritious, and cost-efficient meal programs to the K-12 academic community.  SLA is a Boutique School Foodservice Provider.  A boutique is defined as a company that offers highly specialized services or products. At SLA Management, we know that every school we serve is unique and that each school community has its’ own culture, values, and desires for its’ foodservice program. Unlike many of our competitors, SLA Management offers a fully customized meal platform that transcends the norm, including diverse menus, specialized marketing, and personalized community engagement initiatives.

What Do We Do?


At SLA Management, our mission is to give our students the best thirty minutes of their day, fueling bodies and minds, and readying them to achieve the full benefit of their educational day. ­ Our teams provide our students with delicious meals that are nutritionally superior and made with quality ingredients. Our menus are diverse and our recipes created and tested with kids in mind. ­ Passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence are tenets of our corporate culture and key attributes we look to find, nurture, and develop in all members of our teams. ­ Coupled with SLA Management’s Support Center team, our service is second to none.
Our meal programs are custom designed to meet the needs and goals of the schools, districts, and communities we serve. We use only high quality, fresh ingredients in virtually all our scratch prepared daily menu offerings. All of our school lunches meet and exceed the NSLP (National School Lunch Program) compliance standards of protein, vegetables, fruit, dairy, and grain.
